Return & Refund Policy

At Ofstich, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged.
• You received the wrong product.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

Items must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or washed products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Items without original tags

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or defective items, subject to product availability.
